I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me out. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly and kept me updated through the whole process. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. They treated me like family, not just another customer. The work was done quickly, the pricing was fair, and my car drives better than ever. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Came in to have the wife’s oil changed, filters replaced, and brakes checked before a road trip. The guys in the shop treated us like family. We will highly recommend all of our friends and family come in to have any repairs done. Thanks again for everything.

I recently took my Chevy Colorado to Precision Tune Auto Care for several services, including a harmonic balancer replacement, oil change, tire rotation, and coolant flush. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Tim, the technician, was fantastic and had everything completed in just three hours, which I found impressive. He worked efficiently, and I appreciate the quality of service provided. David, the service writer, was absolutely awesome! He took the time to explain everything about the services being performed on my vehicle and kept me updated with videos and progress reports. This level of communication made me feel informed and confident in the work being done. Overall, I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for their exceptional service and expertise. Thanks, Tim and David, for making my visit a great one!

Nothing but good things to say about this shop. The folks that work there are knowledgeable And consistent. You can go in a few months later and still run into the same people that helped you in the past which I think is a great thing they stand by their work. I’ve had some opinions given by a local dealership that didn’t quite sit right so I had this shop take a look and they were able to save me a lot of money. If and when something does happen to my car feel better paying them to do it because I trust the work they do. Finding a good mechanic can be a scary thing if you don’t know your way around a car and these are good people who I recommend.

The Team on St. James Ave is awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy online booking for appointments. Fast and reliable turnaround time. Waiting for the part to come in was the longest wait. Brought both my vehicles in for oil changes, tire rotations, and ac/ heating problems. They even took me to my car and pointed out the problem while explaining the problem. That was a plus for me. Got a price breakdown before and after warranty. Yes I used my car warranty. They even give you a free car wash afterwards. The only negative thing is no coffee or TV is available in the lobby. Always room for improvement.
